Option 3
Prestige - $119/mo
Individual Connection - Most Personal

Experience the highest level of personal attention and care with our Full Concierge Support. In addition to automated daily alerts and a dedicated local medical director, you’ll be paired with a caring medical assistant who will reach out for weekly, scheduled check-ins. They’ll take the time to review your data and ensure everything looks good, so you feel supported at every step.

If a concern arises, your concierge will call you and help arrange an appointment with the local medical director or a doctor of your choice. Prestige offers peace of mind and human connection, turning proactive health monitoring into a truly supportive, reassuring experience.
Plan Lengths
We believe preventative health should be simple and rewarding. That’s why, with each plan, you’ll receive more complimentary devices the longer you commit. With a 3-month commitment, you’ll start with a trusted, hands-free radar device. At 6 months, we’ll add a second device to your plan for FREE, making it even easier to keep track of your health. Extend to 9 months, and you’ll receive a Third additional device to cover more aspects of your wellness. And if you choose a full year of protection with us, we’ll include a fourth and fifth device AT NO EXTRA CHARGE—so you'll have everything you need to stay connected, safe, and supported.
